"I have EVIDENCE to prove Bieber is my baby's father", reveals tearful Maria Yeater in first TV interview
The clock is quickly counting down Mariah Yeater’s 15 minutes of fame. The 20-year-old California woman accusing Justin Bieber of fathering her 4-month-old son, Tristyn, is speaking out in an exclusive interview with “The Insider” about their alleged 30 seconds of unprotected sex that she says resulted in pregnancy.
Yeater claims that after meeting Bieber backstage at an October 2010 concert in L.A.’s Staples Center, the singer “immediately took a liking to me and we just got to talking and then he eventually asked me, ‘Do you mind if we can go somewhere and be alone?’ ”
She insists the then-16-year-old Bieber whisked her away for some special private time in what “turned out to be a bathroom,” and that the pop singer turned “more aggressive” before having sex with her.
The star “went from cute and gushy to just … more aggressive,” says Yeater.
Bieber’s team is getting aggressive, too. His security guard reveals that his client’s dressing room was packed with friends and family on the night in question. He adds that after the show, he walked Bieber directly to a waiting car.
Regardless, Yeager is sticking to her story and claims she has provided evidence backing up the tryst to her attorneys. “It’ll show in court to prove that my allegations are true,” she says.
At the MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast Sunday, Bieber, who says he has never met Yeager, blasted her story as “crap” and said that he’s “pulled through” a bad week.
A child support hearing is scheduled in the case for Dec. 15.
Yeater’s lawyers are seeking what they call a “modest and rightful” settlement.
Following his return from Europe in two weeks, Bieber plans to take a DNA test in response to Yeater’s paternity lawsuit, TMZ reported.
If the Canadian crooner is proven to not be the father, he reportedly intends to file a lawsuit against Yeater.
“It’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims,” his reps said in a statement. “We’ll vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to protect Justin and to hold those involved with bringing this suit accountable for their actions.”
