A father-of-four was shot dead by a complete stranger after 'disrespecting' his alleged killer in a petty row at a McDonald's, a court heard today.
Horace Campbell, 27, ordered a friend to bring him a gun after clashing with Devon Scarlett at the end of a night out.
Mr Scarlett, 34, was shot twice in the thigh and abdomen after the argument spilled out in to the street.
Witnesses heard the victim claim Campbell had 'tried to diss him', while Campbell told a bystander that Mr Scarlett had been 'too disrespectful'.
