Frequent fliers will go to great lengths to avoid paying expensive baggage charges but would you be willing to don one of these bizarre outfits on your next budget flight?
The Jaktogo coat, which costs £56 and is made of light but strong polyester, has 14 different sized pockets that can hold up to 15kg of luggage. It even has a pocket that will hold your laptop.
After you"ve boarded the plane you can fold the coat up and carry it as a shoulder bag.
An equally unflattering dress version of the jacket is also available.
The man who designed the "wearable luggage", engineer John Power, says it could save frequent fliers thousands of pounds in excessive luggage fees.
And, with airlines such as Ryanair charging up to £60 for a 15kg item of checked luggage in advance - and up to £240 at the airport - the coat would quickly pay for itself.
Mr Power said: "I do get some funny looks at the airport but I usually sell about ten after every trip."
